Before TexAu, I was a bot consultant for companies. Back in 2017-18, bots were hot! I worked on some cool products like Fireflies.AI, Botpress, Blyng, Lawdroid, and DoNoPay. We kept getting requests for automation and web scraping. Looking at all the manual work people did for prospecting and outreach, we built a platform to make it easier. We launched TexAu in 2020 with one simple goal: to save you time.
These past five years have been quite a ride with you, our customers. We cheered when you landed big deals and grew your businesses. We've also hit some rough patches together. Through it all, we've learned so much - bringing us to this turning point in our company's story.

A. The simple truth is that the rules on the big social sites changed, and they changed overnight. To keep our platform functioning, we have to shut down the old automation features by August 7th. We didn't pick the date, but we're using this push to build the better platform we've been planning for months.
Q. What breaks on August 7th?
A. The old social media automations will stop working. But our goal is that you won't miss a beat. By then, our team will already be working with you personally to get you the data and results you need in a different way.
Q. I'm a paying customer. What do I have to do?
A. You don't need to do anything. Just keep an eye on your inbox. We'll be reaching out in the next day or two to set up a quick call, figure out what you need, and get our team working on it for you.
Q. How long will you hold our hands like this?
A. We'll be working with you one-on-one until the new self-serve tools are ready and you're comfortable using them. Think of it as having an extra person on your team for the next few weeks, on us.
Q. What's the deal with my Lifetime Deal (LTD)?
