Step 1: Connect to Twitter with TexAu
Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Connect your Twitter account to TexAu to allow access for managing retweets. Click Add Account and choose one of the following connection methods:
- Share via Magic Link: A secure email link for quick login. Ideal for a straightforward setup.
- Cookie Method: If Magic Link isn’t suitable, copy your Twitter cookies and paste them in TexAu.
Tip: Magic Link is recommended for security and ease of use
Step 2: Log in to the TexAu App and Locate the Automation
Go to the Automation Store and search for Twitter Delete Retweet in the search bar. Select the automation to open its configuration page.
Step 3: Choose Cloud or Desktop Automation

- Adjust processing options
- Number of Rows to Process (Optional): Define the number of rows of data to process.

- Provide input details
- Post URL: Ensure the column in the sheet contains valid retweet URLs.
- Enable Loop Mode (Optional)
- Turn on Loop Mode to reprocess the Google Sheet from the start once all rows are completed.
Process a CSV File

- Upload the file
- Click Upload CSV File and select the file containing retweet URLs.
- TexAu will preview its content for verification.
- Adjust processing settings

- Provide input details
- Post URL: Ensure the correct column contains valid retweet URLs.

- Once: Execute the task only once at a specific date and time.
- Every Day: Run the automation daily.
- On Specific Days of the Week: Choose particular weekdays for execution (e.g., Monday, Friday).
