Talk to sales
Most buyers don't need to talk to sales. If you're one of the ones who do, here's the fast path.
Sales is for enterprise procurement, custom contracts, committed-volume pricing, regulated-industry compliance, and "we're switching from $vendor and need a migration plan." Everything else is faster on the free tier.
Four reasons to book a call.
- Enterprise procurement — You need a custom MSA, custom DPA, or a 200-page security questionnaire answered.
- Annual contract / volume pricing — You want a custom credit pool with annual prepay, or a discount for committed volume.
- Migration from a competitor — You're switching from Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, BitScale, or similar, and want help mapping your existing pipelines.
- Regulated industry — Healthcare, finance, government — you need a BAA, custom data-residency, or a pre-approved compliance posture.
Three reasons to skip the call.
- You want to evaluate the product — The free tier ships every feature. 50 starter credits, no card required.
- You're a solo founder or small team — Solo ($99/mo), Starter ($249/mo), and Teams ($649/mo) are public, monthly, cancellable. The free tier covers most evaluations end-to-end.
- You want to compare TexAu to a competitor — Read /comparison/*. We've written honest comparisons against Clay, Apollo, ZoomInfo, Phantombuster, BitScale, and Lusha.
- You want to see a demo — The product demo is the product. Sign up free, paste a list, run a waterfall in 60 seconds.
What we'll do, what we won't.
What we'll do
Listen first. Ask about your stack and the specific outcome. Walk you through TexAu against your actual use case, not a generic deck. Tell you honestly when another tool is the better fit. Send a written follow-up.
What we won't do
Run a 30-slide intro deck. Talk for 25 minutes about our funding history. Pretend a competitor is bad when they're not. Pressure you into an annual contract. Ghost you after the call.
What you'll leave with
A clear answer on whether TexAu fits your need, the right tier or contract structure if it does, and a written summary you can share with your team.

FAQ
Frequently asked.
- How fast do you respond to sales emails?
- Same business day for inbound sales emails sent to sales@texau.com. Calendly bookings are instant.
- Do you do live demos or pre-recorded?
- Live, on the call. We screenshare the product in your context — your industry, your typical list, your CRM.
- Can I bring my RevOps team?
- Yes. The most useful sales calls have whoever owns the CRM on them, because that is where the field mapping and sync questions land. Tell us in the booking form so we can include a solutions engineer on the call.
- What's the typical sales cycle?
- For self-serve buyers, there isn't one — sign up, evaluate, upgrade. For enterprise procurement, 2–6 weeks depending on your security review and contract negotiation.
- Do you offer a POC?
- For Enterprise deals, yes. We comp credits for a defined evaluation period (typically 2–4 weeks) and pair you with a CSM. Smaller buyers should use the free tier — same outcome, no paperwork.
- Will you sign our DPA / MSA?
- Yes for Enterprise contracts. We have a standard DPA you can review (linked from /trust-center); Enterprise can request a custom DPA.
Two doors. Pick the one that fits.
Or just email sales@texau.com if you'd rather skip the calendar.
