- How fast do you respond to sales emails?

- Do you do live demos or pre-recorded?
- Live, on the call. We screenshare the product in your context — your industry, your typical list, your CRM.
- Can I bring my engineering team?
- Yes. The most useful sales calls have at least one GTM engineer for API + MCP technical questions. Tell us in the booking form so we can include a solutions engineer on the call.
- What's the typical sales cycle?
- For self-serve buyers, there isn't one — sign up, evaluate, upgrade. For enterprise procurement, 2–6 weeks depending on your security review and contract negotiation.
- Do you offer a POC?
- For Enterprise deals, yes. We comp credits for a defined evaluation period (typically 2–4 weeks) and pair you with a CSM. Smaller buyers should use the free tier — same outcome, no paperwork.
- Will you sign our DPA / MSA?
- Yes for Enterprise contracts. We have a standard DPA you can review (linked from /trust-center); Enterprise can request a custom DPA.
