    How to Find Missing Workflows in TexAu

    If your saved workflows are not visible, they haven’t disappeared, you are simply not looking in the right place. Follow this guide to identify exactly what’s wrong and where to find them.

    By the end, you will be able to quickly identify the cause and get back to automating without skipping a beat.

    1. Are You in the Right Workspace?

    Every workflow in TexAu is tied to the workspace it was created in. If you are not seeing your workflows, it’s because you are in the wrong workspace.

    Fix it:

    • Go to the workspace switcher (top-right corner) and check if you’re viewing the correct team or workspace.
    • Switch to a different workspace to locate your workflows.

    2. Filter or Folder Settings

    If you have applied filters or sorted workflows into folders before, that’s why they are missing now.

    Fix it:

    • Clear any search or filter options you’ve applied, such as Filter By Store, Filter By Status, Filter By Account, Filter By Platform, or Search by Workflows.
    • Check the folders where your workflows might be organized.
    • Check your view setting. If it’s set to only show “Completed” or “Running” workflows, you won’t see drafts or paused ones.

    3. Shared Workflow Visibility

    If someone shared a workflow with you and it’s missing now, it’s because they either:

    • Removed your access, or
    • Deleted the workflow.

    Fix it:

    • Check with the owner if access was revoked or the workflow was deleted.
    • Look in the team folders to see if it was moved or removed.

    You won’t see it unless the owner puts it back or shares it again.

    4. Account or Login Issues

    Logging in with a different method or email (Google, LinkedIn, email/password) creates a new, empty account. That’s why your workflows don’t appear.

    What you need to do:

    • Log out.
    • Sign back in with the same email and method (Google, LinkedIn, etc.) you originally used.

    Still not sure? Check your inbox for TexAu emails or invites, that will tell you which email is linked to your real account.

    5. Workflow Was Deleted

    Deleted workflows cannot be recovered unless a cloned version was saved before deletion.

    Fix it:

    • Check if a cloned version of the workflow exists in your account.
    • Ask the workflow owner or an admin if they have a duplicate you can use.

    If no copy exists, the workflow cannot be restored.
