- A unit of usage on TexAu's enrichment, scoring, or action engine. One successful email find is one credit. One verified email is one credit. The dashboard shows credit cost per action in real time.
- What happens when a lookup fails?
- Nothing is charged. TexAu bills on a successful match only, so a miss costs zero credits across all 32 enrichment integrations. The waterfall tries every source for one credit — you are not charged per attempt.
- What happens when I run out of credits?
- You can buy a credit top-up at the same per-credit rate as your tier, or upgrade. Top-ups don't roll over (only your monthly allowance does). The platform doesn't stop working — actions that would exceed your balance are queued and billed against the next month if you let them run.
- Do unused credits expire?
- No. Credits roll over month-to-month up to 2× your monthly allowance on Starter and above.
- Is there an annual discount?
- Yes. Annual billing is available with savings, while monthly stays available for teams that want flexibility.
