Automatically Enrich Data using Dropcontact. Dropcontact is an email marketing tool & it helps you with the validation of email addresses & finds the emails as well. You can even correct the professional emails of people on your list, like spell check of email addresses.
We have created this automation to help you utilize the dropcontact service and validate, find or correct an email list on your behalf. This automation is a one-stop solution to find pretty much everything about your prospect.

How to Enrich Data on Dropcontact?
First & last names and domain name is the primary input for this automation. Based on this input the automation will fetch other details from the dropcontact database.
Create a list of names & domains in a CSV or a Google sheet & use that in the steps mentioned below.

- Enter the First, last names & domain names in their respective fields. If you have a list of the required details in a CSV or Google sheet, link that in the respective fields.
- Execute right away or schedule if needed.
Limitations & important points to note
- There’s no limit to automation as such. There’s no need for the proxy as well. However, you will have to keep in mind the daily limit. You can find those details here.

Here we will see the steps of the execution & the inputs required to Enrich Data on Dropcontact.
The whole execution will play around these 12 input points & the total time to execute this will be around 1-2 minutes, depending on the number of details you want to enrich. Here’s what each of the input points means:
1. DropContact API Key: Enter the API key in this field. You can find the API key on the left-hand navigation menu as a logged-in user.
2. Email: Specify the email address of anyone you want to find either detail of.
3. First_Name: Enter the first name of the person you want to find the details of. You can create a list of first names in a CSV of Google and use it in the steps below.
4. Last_Name: Enter the last name of the person you want to find the details of. You can create a list of first names in a CSV of Google and use it in the steps below.
5. Full_Name: Enter the full name of the person you want to find the details of. You can create a list of first names in a CSV of Google and use it in the steps below.
6. Phone: Enter the phone number of the person you want to find the details of.
7. Company: Enter the name of the company in this field.
8. Website: Enter the website of the user/company if you’re aware of.
9. SIREN: Check this option if you want to extract the SIREN number.
10. Upload CSV or Google Sheet: You can upload a CSV or a Google Sheet. Be sure to execute this with the daily limit in mind. Even though there aren’t any limits to this automation, you have to keep in mind your daily limit of execution time.
11. Enrich Data: Clicking on this button will immediately start the execution.
12. Schedule this automation: You can choose to schedule this automation to Enrich Data on Dropcontact mentioned in the CSV or Google Sheet (more on this below)
How to Enrich Data on Dropcontact?
Step 1: Create a TexAu account & setup your account
Once your account is set up and you have completed the onboarding, visit the Automation page. If you have a list ready in a CSV or Google sheet and add that in step 2.
Step 2: Upload the CSV or paste Google sheet URL
If you have a CSV, simply upload it from your PC. If you have a Google Sheet, there are some extra steps.
- First, paste the Google sheet’s URL.
- Input the column containing the required details. Make sure you choose the right column for successful execution.
For the final touch, make sure you have set the sheet as public (as shown below) so the TexAu can access it.
Step 3: Start execution or schedule the automation
Clicking on the Enrich Data button will immediately start the execution. Unless you have multiple Enrich Data, it would hardly take 2-3 minutes to execute this script.
Scheduling the automation will give you additional points to control the execution. You can choose specific days of the week or month, specific times daily. You can even set a specific start & end time for the execution.
The advantage of automating the whole process is that you don’t have to actively sit in front of your PC while TexAu does its job.
Step 4: Download execution results to your local PC
Once you click on the Enrich Data you will see an execution window at the bottom of your screen, that would look as shown below:
Once you see, click on the ‘Result‘ button where you can view your results & download the result as a CSV file as shown below.
