Log in to your TexAu account at v2-prod.texau.com. Connect your Twitter account. Click Add Account and select Twitter. TexAu provides secure methods for account integration:

Single Input

Use this option to create a single Twitter poll manually.

• Account: Choose the Twitter account to post the poll.

• Choice 1 and Choice 2: Provide at least two options for the poll (mandatory).
• Choice 3 and Choice 4: Add additional options if required (optional).
• Poll Duration: Specify the duration of the poll (maximum of 7 days).

Google Sheets

1. Connect your Google account
   • Select Google Sheets Account or add a new account using Add New Google Sheet Account.

   • Click Open Google Drive to locate the Google Sheet containing poll data.
   • Select the spreadsheet and the specific sheet with poll details.
3. Adjust processing options
   • Number of Rows to Process (Optional): Set the number of rows to process from the sheet.
   • Number of Rows to Skip (Optional): Specify rows to skip.
4. Provide input details
   • Ensure the sheet contains valid poll data, including the question, options, and duration.
5. Enable Loop Mode (Optional)
   • Turn on Loop Mode to reprocess the Google Sheet from the start once all rows are completed.

Process a CSV File

This option allows creating polls from a static list stored in a CSV file.

1. Upload the file
   • Click Upload CSV File and select the file containing poll data.
   • Preview the content to verify its correctness.
2. Adjust processing settings
   • Number of Rows to Process (Optional): Define the number of rows to process.
   • Number of Rows to Skip (Optional): Specify rows to skip.
3. Provide input details
   • Ensure the correct columns contain valid poll data, such as the question, options, and duration.

Pro Tip: Use Google Sheets for frequently updated poll data and CSV files for static data.

Step 5: Schedule the Automation (Optional)

To post polls at specific times, configure the scheduling settings:

1. Click Schedule and set the start date and time for the automation.
2. Choose a Recurrence Frequency to determine how often polls are posted:
   • None: Run the automation once immediately.
   • At Regular Intervals: Specify the time gap (e.g., every 6 hours).
   • Once: Schedule the automation for a single run.
   • Every Day: Repeat the automation daily.
   • On Specific Days of the Week: Choose specific days (e.g., Monday and Thursday).
   • On Specific Days of the Month: Schedule runs on dates like the 1st or 15th.
   • On Specific Dates: Select specific calendar dates (e.g., December 25).

Step 6: Set an Iteration Delay (Optional)

• Duplicate Management: Enable Deduplicate (Default) to remove duplicate rows.

Step 8: Access the Data from the Data Store

After the automation completes, view the results in TexAu’s Data Store:

1. Navigate to the Data Store section in the app.
